Shareholders are referred to the announcement made on the Stock Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) on 15 September 2020. In compliance with paragraph
3.59(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Motus (the “Board”)
wishes to advise that Mr MJN Njeke (“JJ”), an independent non-executive director of the
Company, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the
Nomination Committee with effect from 15 September 2020.
