INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2020, NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING AND PUBLICATION OF B-BBEE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Transpaco Limited’s shareholders are hereby informed that the group published its
integrated annual report for the year ended 30 June 2020 and that it is available on the
company’s website, www.transpaco.co.za. The report was dispatched to the shareholders
today 30 October 2020.
The annual financial statements included in the integrated annual report have been audited
by the Group’s auditors, Ernst and Young, and contain no modifications to the published
annual results which were released on 1 September 2020. The auditors’ unqualified report
is available for inspection at the Group’s registered office at 331 6th street, Wynberg,
Sandton, 2090.
The annual general meeting of Transpaco Limited will be taking place on Friday, 4
December 2020 at 09h00 at the registered office of the group, to transact business as stated
in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the integrated annual report. This
notice together with the proxy form will be available on the company’s website,
www.transpaco.co.za, as of today.
The record date on which shareholders of Transpaco Limited must be registered as such in
the company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting
is Friday 27 November 2020 being the voting record date set by the Board of the Company.
The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting will
therefore be Tuesday, 24 November 2020.
Shareholders are further advised that the Group’s annual compliance report for the 2020
financial year in terms of section 13G(2) of the Board-Based Black Economic Empowerment
Act has been published and is also available on the Company’s website,
www.transpaco.co.za.
