Resignation of Non -Executive Director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mr Vusi Khanyile has, for personal reasons, resigned as an independent non-executive director of Sun
International, with effect from 29 October 2020.
Vusi joined the board of the Company as an independent non-executive director during 2018 and has for
the past two years also served as a member of the Company’s social and ethics committee.
The board wishes to express its appreciation to Vusi for his service to Sun International during his tenure
on the board and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
