Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment
of Elizabeth Edwards as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 1 November
2020. Ms Edwards will also be a member of the audit, valuation and risk committee, nomination and
remuneration committee and management engagement committee.
Ms Edwards has worked in commercial property investment both in the UK and in Europe since 1980, with a
focus on lending. She is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, trustee of the St Olave’s and
St Saviour’s Schools Foundation and a former trustee of the Company of Chartered Surveyors. Ms Edwards is
currently also a non-executive director and audit and nominations committee member of CLS Holdings plc and
a board trustee and audit committee chairman of The Salvation Army International Trustee Company. She is
also a trustee of Refuge.
It is confirmed that there are no other details to be disclosed concerning Ms Edwards under Listing Rule 9.6.13
