("the Scheme") registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of
2002, managed by CoreShares Index Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited ("the Manager").
Listing of 600 000 additional GLODIV Securities
600 000 additional GLODIV securities will be issued and listed at an issue price of R13.70 per security.
Following the additional listing there will be 49 121 857 securities in issue, with effect from Tuesday, 3
November 2020.
