AMENDMENT OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the notice of annual general meeting distributed to shareholders on
30 October 2020 and are advised of the following minor corrections:
- on page 7, under special resolution number 2, the reference to 30 November 2020, should read
30 November 2021;
- on page 7, under ordinary resolution number 7, the reference to 6 and 7 should read 5 and 6; and
- on page 9, under the explanation for and effect of special resolution 3.1 and 3.2, the reference to 2 should
read 3.
