Hospitality advises noteholders that the corporate governance report, incorporated by reference in
the Issuer’s Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, has been updated.
The updated corporate governance report is available for inspection at Hospitality’s registered office
and on their website at: https://www.tsogosun.com/hospitality-property-fund/governance under
the King IV tab.
