Shareholders are referred to the short-form announcement published on SENS on
29 October 2020 (“Short Form Announcement”) and are advised that it has been
brought to the Company’s attention that the hyperlink to the JSE’s SENS website
contained in the Short Form Announcement contains an historically embedded link
to the Company’s interim results announcement instead of a updated link to the full
audited condensed consolidated results for the year ended 30 June 2020 and
declaration of maiden divided announcement (“Full Announcement”) .
