RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
At the annual general meeting of AVI held this morning, Gavin Tipper
advised that Mr Adriaan Nuhn has announced that as a result of his
extensive other board commitments and the period he has served on the
AVI board, he will step down from the Board with effect from the date
of this meeting. Adriaan has made a considerable contribution during
his tenure and we offer our thanks to him and our best wishes for the
future.
