Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of Workforce (“Board”) hereby confirms that Willie van Wyk, in his capacity as Group
Financial Director, has been appointed as the Debt Officer of the Company with effect from 30 October
2020.
The Board has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and experience of the
Debt Officer.
