CHANGE IN DIRECTOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 5 June 2019 and 2 January
2020, wherein the Company advised Mr Peter Saungweme would assume the dual role of interim
Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). The board of directors of Arden
Capital is pleased to announce that Mr Saungweme has been appointed as CEO of the Company with
effect from 9 November 2020.
The JSE has granted Arden Capital a dispensation to allow Mr Peter Saungweme to assume the dual
role of both CEO and CFO until 31 October 2021, whereafter the JSE must be consulted should an
extension be required.
