Appointment of Acting Company Secretary
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited (“LR”), shareholders are hereby advised that Rohan Venter has
resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 9 November 2020.
Shareholders are advised that Mr Jeetesh Ravjee, Group Legal Executive has
been appointed as Imperial's acting company secretary until such time as a
permanent appointment is made.
Mr Ravjee was appointed Group Legal Executive on 04 November 2020. The Board
is of the view that Mr Ravjee has the necessary expertise and experience to
hold this interim position in accordance with the LR.
