Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 16 July 2018
advising of the appointment of Ms Lindiwe Rakharebe to the board of Phumelela
subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities. We regret to inform
shareholders that Ms Rakharebe is no longer able to serve on the Phumelela board
due to extensive work commitments and increased demand on her time. Her
resignation is effective immediately.
The Board wishes to extend its appreciation to Ms Rakharebe for her valuable
contributions to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
