APPOINTMENT OF DEBT OFFICER
In line with the amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements issued in the
Government Gazette through Board Notice 89 of 2020 No. 43571, effective from 30
September 2020, TDH is advising holders of its debt securities that TDH has appointed
Mrs. Karen Nordier to serve as the issuers Debt Officer effective from 01 November
2020.
Ms Nordier holds a B.Acc degree from the University of Stellenbosch and a B.Acc(Hons)
degree from the University of South Africa. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant
and has served as the financial director of Tradehold since 2014.
The board of TDH has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications
and experience of the Debt Officer.
