POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
integrated annual report (“Integrated Annual Report”), incorporating the full audited
consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2020
(“Annual Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual general meeting of the
Company (“Notice of AGM”) was dispatched to Shareholders today, 16 November 2020.
The Integrated Annual Report and the Annual Financial Statements will also be available on
the Company’s website, at www.choppies.co.za as from today, 16 November 2020.
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held entirely by way
of electronic communication at 14:30 on Friday, 18 December 2020 to transact the business
as set out in the Notice of AGM which forms part of the Integrated Annual Report.
The Company has a primary listing on the Botswana Stock Exchange and a secondary listing
on the JSE Limited.
