CHANGE OF AUDITOR
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Shareholders had re- appointed
PWC as its external auditors at the Annual General Meeting held Wednesday, 7 October 2020,
for the financial year ending 28 February 2021 to remain in office until the conclusion of the
next Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders are hereby advised that appointment of PWC will not continue for the financial
year ending 28 February 2021 as was agreed at the AGM. Insimbi and PWC reached an
agreement not to continue with the appointment as it is no longer economically viable for either
party. This is with immediate effect.
The board of directors of Insimbi are in the process of appointing new external auditors,
Shareholders will be advised as soon as the process to appoint external auditors is completed.
