NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING AN ANNOUNCEMENT RELEASED BY ENX GROUP IN
RELATION TO THE RECEIPT OF A NON-BINDING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by enX Group Limited (“enX Group”), a
guarantor to the Issuer’s ZAR 4 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, on SENS on
Wednesday, 18 November 2020, in relation to the receipt of a non-binding expression of interest
(“Announcement”).
The Announcement confirmed that enX Group received a non-binding expression of interest for the
acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of a major subsidiary of enX Group.
Please refer to the Announcement for further details regarding the non-binding expression of interest.
