CLOSING OF THE ACQUISITION OF REALLY SECURE COMPANY UK LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on
28 October 2020 (“Announcement”), relating to the acquisition by the Company, through its
wholly owned subsidiary Trellidor UK Investments Limited, of Really Secure Company UK
Limited (“the Acquisition”).
As indicated in the Announcement, the Acquisition was subject to the fulfilment of certain
conditions precedent.
Shareholders are hereby advised that all the conditions precedent have been fulfilled and the
Acquisition has, accordingly, become unconditional and is in the process of being
implemented.
