CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Sebata ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Ross Lewin ("Ross") has resigned as
an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 20 November 2020.
Additionally, Ross has resigned as a member of both the audit committee and the remuneration
committee.
The Board would like to thank Ross for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
