NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT
AND PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF THE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS OF JSE
LIMITED
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122(3) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders
are advised of the following:
Prudential Investment Managers (South Africa) Proprietary
Limited, acting as agent of its clients, has notified the Company
that it’s beneficial interest in Metrofile has decreased from
10.21% to 9.83% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of Section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act,
Metrofile shall file the required notice with the Takeover
Regulations Panel.
