CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange
(“JSE”), shareholders are advised that Mr Ali Akbar Ahsan (“Akbar”) has notified the Board of his
resignation as an independent non-executive director, with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank Akbar for his service to New Frontier.
The Company will commence with the process of appointing his replacement and shareholders will be
advised once an appointment has been made.
