NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST: SECTION 122
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b) of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Reunert shareholders are advised that the Company has
received a notification that Old Mutual Limited (“Old Mutual”) has acquired a beneficial interest in
Reunert securities (“Acquisition”).
Following the Acquisition, Old Mutual now holds 15.08% of the total issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
