CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Rebosis (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that following a process the Company commenced, Mr
Rob Becker tendered his resignation as Chief Investment Officer and director and the Company accepted it with
immediate effect.
The Company wishes him well in his future endeavours.
