RETIREMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that Mr. Reinhard Köstens will be retiring as the company secretary of
Kaap Agri, with effect from 26 November 2020. KAL Corporate Services Proprietary Limited
has been appointed as company secretary of the Company with effect from 26 November
2020.
The Board would like to thank Reinhard for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in retirement.
