Shareholders are advised that as a result internal audit partner
rotation, the Company’s independent auditors, PKF Durban, have
recommended Mrs. Tania Marti-Warren as the new designated individual
auditor, replacing Mr. Rob Boulle. The Board has accepted this
recommendation. The appointment of Tania Marti-Warren as the company’s
designated individual auditor will take effect immediately.
