In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”)
and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are
informed that Sappi received the following notification on 25 November 2020:
- acquisition of shares by Ninety One SA (Pty) Ltd on behalf of its clients, such that
Ninety One SA’s total beneficial interest in the Company as of 25 November 2020
has increased to 10.0074% of the issued capital of the Company.
