Repurchase of GRT43 and GRT44 notes
In compliance with section 6.38 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, debt holders are advised
of the repurchase of the GRT43 and GRT44 notes (the “Debt Securities”) from the current noteholder/s.
The Debt Securities were repurchased at the full capital value, plus accrued interest for the period from the last
interest payment date being 25 September 2020 to 27 November 2020, and any additional costs, at an all-
inclusive price of ZAR1 008 523 123.29. There have been no prior repurchases of the GRT43 and GRT44 Debt
Securities.
The repurchases were settled on 27 November 2020. Both the GRT43 and GRT44 notes will be cancelled and
de-listed. Post the termination, the Growthpoint Domestic Medium Term Note Programme has
ZAR20 231 000 000 outstanding.
