CHANGE IN SPONSOR
In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors
of Motus (“Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that the Sponsor services provided to the Company
by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, acting through its Corporate and Investment Banking
Division, have, by mutual consent, come to a conclusion with effect from 30 November 2020.
Further to the above, the Board is pleased to advise shareholders that it has appointed Merchantec
Capital as Sponsor to the Company with effect from 1 December 2020.
