hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Grant Dunnington has retired as the Chair of the Human Resources and
Remuneration Committee (“the Committee”). Mr Dunnington will remain a member of the Committee.
Shareholders are further advised that Ms Eileen Wilton has been appointed as the new Chair of the Committee.
