CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are advised that, by mutual consent, Mr Jacobus Petrus
Bekker (“Koos”) has parted ways with the Company with immediate effect.
The Board will immediately commence with the process of identifying and appointing a
successor to Koos. A further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
