BOARD COMMITTEES: MEMBERSHIP CHANGES
In accordance with the JSE Limited's Listings Requirements, the Company advises shareholders of the
following changes to various Committees of the Group Board:
Social, Ethics & Transformation Committee ("the Committee")
Mr. Peter Wharton-Hood, the Group chief executive and an executive director of the Board, has been
appointed as a member of the Committee with immediate effect.
Investment Committee ("the Committee")
Mr. Peter Wharton-Hood, the Group chief executive officer, and Mr. Pieter van der Westhuizen, the Group
Chief financial officer, both being executive directors of the Board, have been appointed as members of the
Committee with immediate effect.
Risk, Compliance and IT Governance Committee ("the Committee")
Mr. Peter Wharton-Hood, the Group chief executive officer and an executive director of the Board, has been
appointed as a member of the Committee with immediate effect.
