RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 6.39(b) of the Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that
Ms Avril Halstead, a non-executive director of the board of directors of SANRAL (“Board”) representing the National
Treasury, has resigned as a director of the Board with effect from 30 November 2020, as a result of her resignation
from the National Treasury.
The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Ms Halstead for her contribution to the Company during her tenure.
