NOTICE TO AFFECTED PERSONS IN TERMS OF SECTION 150(5) OF THE COMPANIES
ACT 71 OF 2008 (“COMPANIES ACT”) - EXTENSION OF THE PUBLICATION DATE OF
THE CIG BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on Tuesday, 10 November 2020 wherein
shareholders were advised that the Company had commenced voluntary business rescue proceedings.
As previously advised, shareholders are regarded as “Affected Persons” in terms of section 128(1)(a)
of the Companies Act and are entitled to notices of the business rescue proceedings.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that a notice to Affected Persons in terms of Sec 150(5) of the
Companies Act, has been distributed and is available on the Company website at
