Pursuant to paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Mr. Thabo Manaka, an executive director of the Board of Toyota Financial Services (the
“Board”), will assume the function of the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), following the retirement of
Mr. Burger, effective 1st January 2021.
The Board looks forward to Mr. Manaka’s contribution as the CEO.
