Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 1 December 2020 regarding
the engagement with shareholders scheduled for today at 10:00.
Certain dissenting shareholders informed Brikor that they are not available and
requested that the meeting be rescheduled. A new date for the meeting will be
rescheduled as soon as possible.
