APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised of
the following appointment to the Board of Directors of CAPPREC with effect from 4
December 2020.
CAPPREC is delighted to announce that Ms. Rorisang (Roxy) Thokozile Maqache has been
appointed to the CAPPREC Board of Directors, replacing the prior PIC representative
director, Ms. M Mokoka.
Ms. Maqache has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Marketing) (UK), an
Associate Science Degree in International Business (UK), a Certificate in Business Leadership
(Lagos, Nigeria), a Post Graduate Chartered Marketer qualification, (CM(SA)), and is a
Graduate in Executive Leadership, Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Ms. Maqache
is the CEO of Consulting Group, Desert Arabia.
Capprec extends a warm welcome to Ms. Maqache and looks forward to her participatory
role and valuable guidance in the years ahead.
