UPDATED TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Trading Statement issued on 27
November 2020 and are advised that the Company expects:
An earnings per share (“EPS”) loss for the year ended 30 June
2020 of -49.4 cents per share compared to a -12.9 cents loss per
share (a decrease in excess of 100%) for the previous
corresponding period.
A headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) loss for the year ended
30 June 2020 of -44.5 cents per share compared to the -10.7 cents
loss per share (a decrease in excess of 100%) for the previous
corresponding period.
The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed
or reported on by the company’s external auditors.
Shareholders are further advised that Jasco’s audited annual
results for the year ended 30 June 2020 will be announced on or
about 10 December 2020.
