Zambezi Platinum preference shareholders are hereby advised that, Ms Aletta Helena Coetzee, a director
of Zambezi Platinum and chief financial officer and debt officer of Northam Platinum Limited, has been
appointed as the company’s debt officer (“Debt Officer”), with immediate effect.
The board of directors of the company has considered and satisfied itself with the competence,
qualifications and experience of Ms Coetzee in relation to her appointment as Debt Officer.
