UPDATE ON THE DISPOSAL OF ERF 30 UMLAAS ROAD IN A SALE AND LEASEBACK TRANSACTION
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS wherein shareholders were advised of
the sale and leaseback transaction in respect of the property letting business situated at Erf 30 Umlaas Road,
Mkhambathini, Registration Division FT, Kwa-Zulu Natal (“Umlaas Road Phase II”) for an aggregate consideration
of R310 million (the “Transaction”).
Shareholders are hereby advised that all of the suspensive conditions applicable to the Transaction have been
fulfilled and the Transaction is now unconditional. The documents of transfer in respect of Umlaas Road Phase II
have been lodged with the Deeds Office and registration of transfer is expected on Monday, 14 December 2020.
