CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised of the appointment to the board, effective 1 January 2021, of Mr Tyrone Moodley and Mr
Alex Smith, in the capacity of non-executive directors.
Mr Moodley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and has over 15 years’ experience in
investment related activities, business development and corporate finance, investment firms and
companies, with focus on the financial sector (banking and insurance), property development and
retail.
Mr Smith holds a Bachelor of Law and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Scotland. He has extensive financial experience with over 25 years’ experience, having been employed
in senior positions by PWC, Altron and Net1 UEPS Technologies Inc.
