In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements shareholders are advised
of the appointment of Kinney Kinamela Armstrong Moremoholo as a non-executive director
and member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Kinney holds a BComm Law and an advanced diploma in banking and recently headed up the
credit origination at home finance and private clients at First National Bank.
The Board welcomes Kinney and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
