Noteholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 20 November 2020 and are advised that the annual
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 of Super Group Trading Proprietary Limited and Bluefin
Investments Limited (collectively, the “financial statements”), being guarantors to the Issuer’s ZAR5 000 000
000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
The audit reports issued on the financial statements were unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
