CHANGE IN AUDITORS
In November 2020 Transpaco embarked on a “Request for Proposals” process in respect of external
audit services.
Following the conclusion of this process, the Audit and Risk Committee has recommended, and the
Board has endorsed, the proposed appointment of BDO South Africa Incorporated (‘BDO’) as the
auditors of Transpaco for the half year ending 31 December 2020 as well as the financial year ending
30 June 2021.
The appointment of BDO will be ratified by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held
on or about December 2021.
