CORRECTION OF PROXY FORM
Shareholders are advised to note the two amendments in the Proxy Form as attached to
Sappi's Notice of the Annual General Meeting that was distributed on Thursday 17
December 2020 as follows:
- Special resolution number 2 – Authority for financial assistance for the subscription of
securities – is hereby removed
- Special resolution number 3 – Authority for loans or other financial assistance to
related or inter-related companies or corporations – is hereby amended to Special
resolution number 2 – Authority for loans or other financial assistance to related or
inter-related companies or corporations
The aforementioned does not affect the validity of any Proxy Form already submitted or to be
submitted in respect of all resolutions to be presented at the annual general meeting of Sappi
to be held at 14:00 on Wednesday, 03 February 2021
