ACQUISION OF SHARES BY A DIRECTOR AND SUCCESSION PLAN
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 December 2020.
The SilverBridge board of directors is pleased to advise that Lee Kuyper has accepted the
allocation of shares issued through the SilverBridge Share Ownership Scheme on 30
December 2020.
The acceptance of the shares further aligns the interests of senior management with that of
shareholders and ensures the continued, long term uninterrupted continuity of SilverBridge
management.
