RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Adcock Ingram announces the resignation of Mr Ntando Simelane as Company Secretary, with effect
from 31 March 2021.
The Board of Directors thanks Mr Simelane for his commitment, advice and guidance during his tenure
at the Company and wishes him well for the future.
A process to find a suitably qualified replacement will commence in January 2021 and shareholders
will be advised once an appointment has been made.
