CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Conduit Capital (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Ntambose Rosetta Xaba has resigned
as an independent non-executive director of the Company and Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee
with effect from 2 January 2021. Ms Xaba’s resignation has been necessitated by her current commitments.
The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Ms Xaba for her valuable contribution to the Company
during her tenure and wishes her continued success in her future endeavours.
