1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 08 January 2021, issued an additional 3,930,000
1nvestGold debentures at an approximate issue price of R290.6869 per additional 1nvestGold
debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 38,498.436 fine troy ounces of Gold
Bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 7,410,000 1nvestGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 72,626.456 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
