Home Member State
Following Hammerson’s admission to Euronext Dublin on 23 December 2020, and the end of the
transition period on 31 December 2020 after the UK’s departure from the EU, Hammerson plc today
confirms it elects Ireland as its Home Member State for the purposes of the Transparency Directive.
