CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – PASSING OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Bauba (“the Board”) announces with deep regret the passing of an alternate non-executive director, His
Majesty King Victor Thulare III on 6 January 2021. King Thulare had joined the Board as an alternate non-
executive director to Dr NM Phosa on 1 July 2011.
His contributions to the Board will be sorely missed. The Board would like to convey its sincerest
condolences to the bereaved family of His Majesty.
